Essential information

  • You cannot bring food or beverages and alcohol inside the Aquaventure.
  • The Atlantis Aquaventure is quite shallow. Always put your feet inside the pools first before entering for your safety. Diving is strictly prohibited.
  • We offer pickup and drop facilities only from the hotels and residences centrally located in the city.
  • If your hotel or residence is away from the main city, you must pay additional charges to book the pickup services.
  • Our shared transfers are available from Deira and Bur Dubai.
  • The pickup and drop-off facility timing may vary (30 minutes and 60 minutes) depending on the traffic condition in your area.
  • The Atlantis Off-peak tickets won’t be valid for a few dates (25th March-25th April 2023, 21st October-5th November 2023, and 23rd December-31st December 2023).

Cancelation policy

  • If you cancel the tickets post-booking, we will charge a 100% cancelation fee.

Kids policy

  • Kids under 3 are infants and their entry is free of cost.
  • Kids between 3-11 must pay the children rate to enter the park.
  • Children above 12 have to pay the adult rate to enter the park.
